The hotel staff provided useful travel information. I found many restaurants located very near. The train station was only a short walk, maybe ten minutes. An Asian supermarket was also conveniently close.
The carpets were very dirty. There were no slippers, so people walked into the room with dirty shoes.

The location was in the center. It was easy to reach from the airport by train. Traveling to nearby cities was also easy. the hotel is in a perfect location! though the parking was expensive.

The room featured a super nice walk-in shower. The staff was really nice and helpful. They were great. I found the location very convenient and central for my short holiday visit. The hotel provided umbrellas. This was a nice touch, as I did not bring one.
The room was supposed to have a mini bar, but it was empty. It seems you have to order the mini bar separately.

The hotel is in the very center. Lots of sightseeing can be done on foot using the hotel as the base. It is near multiple cafes, restaurants, and shops. This excellent location is great for a short visit.

The staff was genuinely amazing. katie at reception was especially helpful. She always greeted me with a smile. the hotel's central location made exploring the city easy. i enjoyed the cleanliness and modern design of the rooms. rooms are well maintained.
i noticed the absence of a restaurant or bar within the hotel itself. i know some guests might find this inconvenient.

The room had great housekeeping standards. I also appreciated the staff. They were friendly and helpful (nothing was too much trouble for them).
The hallways on the third floor had an awful smell. I think the smell came from the carpeted hallways.

The hotel's location was excellent. It was near many sites. the staff was very helpful at check-in. i was able to get into my room early. the room was clean with a comfortable bed.
i found there to be too few electrical outlets available in the room. it was an inconvenience managing my devices.
